1/27/08 - I may be a Midwestern Girl, but 12 years in Texas gave me some Southern taste buds. This salad is totally fabulous. Bacon, mayo, tomatoes… whats not to love! I added too much mayonnaise I believe. The texture shouldn’t be this pasty, but the taste was still heaven.
