1/27/08 - This was my first attempt at this recipe and only my third attempt cooking chicken. The mustard-based marinade was a good choice, but this low-carb breading didn’t have much flavor. The breading burned easily and the cooking time was way too long for 450 degrees and 1 inch strips of chicken. Next time, I want to cook 9 minutes on each side and add more salt to the breading.
